Wat ga je doen:Als Teamleider Logistiek combineer je aansturen met meewerken. Je stuurt twee collega’s in het magazijn aan en bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor drie inkopers op kantoor. Natuurlijk sta je niet de hele dag aan de zijlijn: als het nodig is, spring je gewoon even bij. Werkzaamheden - De dagelijkse werkzaamheden, planning en prioriteiten organiseren; - Zorgen dat het logistieke proces soepel, overzichtelijk en efficiënt verloopt; - Knelpunten signaleren, analyseren en omzetten in slimme verbeteringen; - Schakelen met collega’s van service, projecten, inkoop en leveranciers; - Het team begeleiden, motiveren en helpen ontwikkelen; - Werken aan een afdeling die iedere dag net iets slimmer draait.

Wat wij bieden:- Een salaris tussen €3.000 en €4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring; - 29 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld; - Een uitgebreid inwerktraject; - Ruimte voor trainingen, opleidingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling; - Twee ontwikkelgesprekken per jaar om te kijken waar jij naartoe wilt; - Een informele werksfeer met fijne collega’s, borrels en uitjes.

Over het bedrijf:Je gaat werken bij een specialist in bewerkingsmachines voor de metaalindustrie. Vanuit Rosmalen helpt deze organisatie klanten door heel Nederland met de verkoop, installatie, service en het onderhoud van hoogwaardige machines. Binnen het bedrijf hangt een nuchtere en betrokken sfeer. Collega’s werken nauw met elkaar samen, de lijnen zijn kort en er is volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Op de onderdelenafdeling speel jij een cruciale rol: dankzij een slim en goed georganiseerd logistiek proces kunnen servicetechnici snel schakelen en blijven klanten draaien. Vereisten:- Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als logistiek medewerker, logistiek coördinator of in een vergelijkbare functie; - Je begrijpt logistieke processen en weet hoe je deze slimmer en efficiënter maakt; - Ervaring met coördineren of het aansturen van collega’s is een pre; - Je ben
