Heb je al ervaring als leidinggevende binnen de logistiek óf ben je een ervaren logistiek medewerker met de ambitie om door te groeien naar Teamleider? In deze functie werk je in een tweeploegendienst en verdien je tot € 3.991,- bruto per maand inclusief 12,5% ploegentoeslag. Over de functieAls Teamleider Logistiek geef je leiding aan het logistieke team binnen een tweeploegendienst. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 50 medewerkers, verdeeld over twee shifts van circa 25 medewerkers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van je team en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse logistieke processen efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en werkt actief mee aan het optimaliseren van processen. Daarbij verlies je veiligheid, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid nooit uit het oog. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het logistieke team; - Bewaken van de dagelijkse planning en voortgang van de werkzaamheden; - Zorgdragen voor een optimale goederenstroom binnen het magazijn; - Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen; - Monitoren van KPI's en sturen op prestaties, kwaliteit en productiviteit; - Toezien op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures; - Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om de logistieke operatie continu te verbeteren.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een tweeploegendienst. De ene week werk je van 05:30 tot 14:00 uur en de andere week van 13:30 tot 22:00 uur. Wat wij bieden- DIRECT een contract bij onze opdrachtgever; - Als Teamleider Logistiek verdien je inclusief 12,5% ploegentoeslag tussen de € 3.497,- en € 3.991,- bruto per maand. Dit is afhankelijk van ervaring; - Reiskostenvergoeding á € 0,21 per km; - 25 vakantiedagen o.b.v. Fulltime dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld;
