Met ongeveer 180 collega's verzorgt de organisatie transport en vriesopslag voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland. De sfeer is persoonlijk, de lijnen zijn kort en er zijn volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als teamleider logistiek zorg jij ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de vriesopslag soepel verlopen. Je stuurt een team aan, bewaakt de kwaliteit en houdt overzicht op de operatie. Daar staat een salaris tot €4.300 bruto per maand tegenover, aangevuld met ploegentoeslag én volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Over de functie Als teamleider logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen de vriesopslag. Je geeft leiding aan een team van logistieke medewerkers en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Het aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van medewerkers; - Het bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit; - Het signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten; - Het zorgen voor een optimale personeelsbezetting; - Het stimuleren van een prettige en collegiale werksfeer; - Het actief meewerken op de werkvloer wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst en bent bereid om periodiek op zaterdag inzetbaar te zijn.
