Functieomschrijving Teamleider Loods Automotive - Zwolle Als Teamleider Loods Automotive ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de loods. Je geeft leiding aan ongeveer 9 medewerkers en zorgt voor structuur, duidelijke afspraken en de juiste prioriteiten. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig en weet precies wat er speelt. Loopt een proces vast, ontstaat er een logistiek probleem of heeft een collega ondersteuning nodig? Dan wacht je niet af, maar onderneem je actie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van circa 9 medewerkers; plannen en verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van de voortgang; zorgen voor een efficiënte doorstroming van voertuigen; optreden als aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers, leveranciers en externe partijen; ondersteunen bij het opstarten en verplaatsen van voertuigen, eenvoudige storingen en lichte technische werkzaamheden; signaleren en oplossen van operationele, logistieke en veiligheidsknelpunten; bewaken van orde, netheid en veiligheid volgens onder andere de 5S-principes; beheren van materialen, hulpmiddelen en verbruiksartikelen; bijdragen aan LEAN-verbeteringen, RI&E en een veilige manier van werken; rapporteren en afstemmen met de Vestigingsmanager. Functie eisen Teamleider Loods Automotive - Zwolle Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met operationele ervaring die weet hoe je mensen én processen in beweging houdt. Je hoeft niet de hele dag boven op het team te zitten, maar bent wel

zichtbaar aanwezig. Je geeft duidelijke instructies, spreekt mensen aan wanneer dat nodig is en hebt het geduld om zaken opnieuw uit te leggen. Verder: Heb je ervaring in een aansturende of coördinerende functie; heb je kennis van logistieke planning en operationele processen; heb je affiniteit met automotive en technische basiskennis van voertuigen; kun je snel schakelen en goed bepalen wat prioriteit heeft; blijf je rustig en houd je overzicht tijdens drukke momenten; communiceer je makkelijk met verschillende mensen; ben je praktisch ingesteld en bereid om zelf mee te werken; denk je actief mee over hoe werkzaamheden slimmer en efficiënter kunnen. Een leidinggevende rol waarin je zelf onderdeel blijft van de operatie Dit is geen functie waarin je alleen vanaf een bureau het werk verdeelt. Je staat tussen de mensen, ziet wat er gebeurt en helpt het team om iedere dag het werk goed voor elkaar te krijgen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om verder te kijken dan alleen vandaag. Waar loopt het proces vast? Wat kan slimmer? En wat heeft het team nodig om beter te functioneren? Daarmee is dit een mooie volgende stap voor iemand die ervaring heeft als bijvoorbeeld meewerkend voorman, teamleider, loodscoördinator of logistiek coördinator en toe is aan meer verantwoordelijkheid.
