Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Dagelijks leidinggeven aan een team van enthousiaste magazijnmedewerkers. - Organiseren en begeleiden van de dagstart, waarin resultaten, planning en aandachtspunten worden besproken. - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het soepel laten verlopen van het orderverzamelingsproces, zodat bestellingen tijdig en foutloos geleverd worden. - Procesoptimalisatie: actief werken aan verbeteringen en standaardisatie volgens lean-principes. - Betrekken van het team bij veranderingen en begeleiden bij het implementeren van nieuwe processen. - Werken in een tweeploegendienst van maandag tot en met vrijdag, met af en toe een zaterdagdienst volgens een roulatieschema.
