Met onze kabels, laders en laadaccessoires voor elektrische auto's maken we de overstap naar schone energie eenvoudiger. Welke rol heb jij in dit verhaal? Als Teamleider Magazijn ben jij de spil van onze logistieke operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden in het magazijn soepel verlopen en weet precies wat er speelt op de vloer. Je stuurt collega's aan, houdt overzicht op de planning en zorgt ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande goederen tijdig en correct worden verwerkt. Maar je bent meer dan alleen leidinggevende. Je werkt actief mee, ondersteunt waar nodig en ziet kansen om processen slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter in te richten. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft het magazijn georganiseerd en lopen collega's én klanten nooit achter de feiten aan. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van de medewerkers in het magazijn; • Zorgdragen voor een optimale dagelijkse bezetting en werkverdeling; • Ontvangen, controleren en (administratief) verwerken van inkomende goederen; • Coördineren van opslag, voorraadbeheer en orderverzameling; • Verzendklaar maken en (administratief) verwerken van uitgaande goederen; • Administratief verwerken van goederenstromen in Exact; • Onderhouden van contact met interne afdelingen, vervoerders en leveranciers; • Signaleren van verbeteringen in processen en deze doorvoeren; • Toezien op veiligheid, orde en netheid binnen het magazijn; • Voeren van functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprekken en bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
