Voor onze klant in Brecht zijn wij op zoek naar een Voorman Productie die niet alleen een team aanstuurt, maar ook actief meewerkt op de werkvloer en mee het verschil maakt in onze dagelijkse werking.

Als Voorman Productie ben je de schakel tussen het productieteam en het back office. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking, zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van het werk en behoudt steeds het overzicht.

Je takenpakket bestaat uit een combinatie van leidinggeven, technische ondersteuning en administratieve opvolging:

Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van het productieteam van 5 collega's

Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieplanning

Actief meewerken op de werkvloer waar nodig

Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit

Prioriteiten bepalen en problemen snel oplossen

Registreren en verwerken van productiedata en administratieve opvolging

Nauwe samenwerking met collega's van planning, logistiek en management

Zorgen voor een positieve en professionele werksfeer

Wie zoeken wij?

Je beschikt over:

Ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen productie of industrie

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden

Een coachende en positieve leiderschapsstijl

Verantwoordelijkheidszin en organisatietalent

Ervaring met administratieve taken en computersystemen

Het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen
