Voor onze meubelmakerij in Dronrijp zoeken wij een teamleider meubelmakerij die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. In deze veelzijdige functie stuur je collega's aan, werk je zelf mee op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat kwaliteit en planning op orde zijn. Zo maak je werk van jouw toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Als teamleider meubelmakerij geef je leiding aan het productieteam en werk je zelf actief mee op de werkvloer. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie volgens planning verloopt, de kwaliteit op orde is en medewerkers prettig en veilig kunnen werken. En wat ga je dan doen? - Je stuurt het team aan, houdt de dagstart en begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers en stagiaires. - Je bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit en stemt af met de planner of leidinggevende als er knelpunten zijn. - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen, houdt toezicht op machines en gereedschappen en zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkplek. Je werkt in een afwisselende functie waarin je leidinggeven combineert met meewerken in de productie. Je werkt samen aan mooie maatwerkproducten en draagt bij aan een positieve werksfeer en een goed eindresultaat. De werktijden starten om 07.00 uur tot 16:30 uur.
