Als teamleider bij Securitas ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het mobiele surveillance team. Jij combineert leidinggeven met meewerken op de vloer en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega-beveiligers. Dankzij jou weet iedereen waar hij aan toe is en loopt de operatie op rolletjes. Wat maakt deze rol zo leuk en afwisselend? - Jij bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor gediplomeerde én aspirant beveiligers - Je houdt overzicht op de planning en zorgt dat materialen altijd op orde zijn - Je beheert en actualiseert klantinstructies en operationele gegevens - Je begeleidt en coacht aspirant beveiligers in hun ontwikkeling - Je voert sollicitatiegesprekken en helpt nieuwe collega's aan een sterke start - Je schakelt nauw met mede-hoofdsurveillanten en de branch manager - Je draait zelf mee in het rooster en voert surveillancerondes uit Met jouw ervaring, betrokkenheid en leiderschap maak jij elke dag het verschil - voor je team, onze klanten én Securitas. - Je hebt een MBO 2 Beveiliger diploma en enkele jaren ervaring binnen de mobiele surveillance.
