Wat moet je doen:

  • Je leidt de montage en lakkerij afdeling (30 medewerkers)
  • Je maakt de detailplanning voor de teamleaders
  • Je volgt de voortgang van het montageproces op, detecteer problemen en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met je collega-groepsleiders van de eindmontage en het magazijn/logistiek
  • Je geeft technische uitleg aan de monteurs
  • Je volgt de KPI's van de afdeling op (kwaliteit, kost en leverbetrouwbaarheid)
  • Je leidt en coacht je team tot een gemotiveerde ploeg van performante en tevreden medewerkers
  • Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen (planning, kwaliteit, magazijn, inkoop, IT, R&D, HR) en communiceert op een heldere manier om accurate informatie over te brengen

Wie zoeken wij:

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je bent een geboren leider
  • Je hebt affiniteit en ervaring met techniek, en voeling met de landbouw
  • Je hebt goede communicatie vaardigheden, met een zeer goeie kennis van Nederlands en een goeie kennis van het Engels
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen, plannen en organiseren
  • Je gaat op een gezonde en diplomatische manier om met werkdruk
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT-systemen (ERP,WMS,...)
