Voor onze groenafdeling van onze vestiging in Geraardsbergen zijn wij op zoek naar een teamleider met groene vingers die zich wil engageren om mensen te begeleiden, te motiveren en te doen groeien.

KiemKracht is een sociale duurzame onderneming, een maatwerkbedrijf. Samen met 600 collega’s werken we aan natuurprojecten of in onze kringwinkels, de wasserij, het naaiatelier, KaffeeSocial, inboedelservice, … op verschillende locaties.

Om onze mensen de juiste ondersteuning te geven, rekenen we op een bijzondere ploeg van omkaderingsmedewerkers. Zij begeleiden onze mensen naar de volgende haalbare stap. Zo ziet jouw werkweek eruit:

Samen met jouw collega teamleiders zorgen jullie voor de taakverdeling, het correcte werkmateriaal en de opvolging van de veiligheidsvoorschriften.

Je vertrekt met jouw ploeg vanuit je standplaats (Geraardsbergen) naar de locatie van de dag. Door samen aan de slag te gaan, leer je onze mensen hagen scheren, snoeien, onkruid wieden, zwerfvuil rapen, aanplantingen doen, … Je werkt met haagschaar, bosmaaier, onkruidbrander, kettingzaag. Ben je een technisch genie, dan krijg je ook moeilijkere opdrachten en leg je vlonderpaden aan, plaats je afsluitingen en poortjes,…

De medewerkes die je begeleidt hebben allemaal een grote afstand tot de reguliere arbeidsmarkt. Jij neemt hen mee in een groeitraject: gaat doelen bepalen, verbeteracties opzetten, oefenkansen creëren, evalueren,... Zo begeleid je hen niet enkel op technisch vlak, maar voornamelijk rond arbeidsattituden.

Als teamleider ben je sowieso iemand die graag gezien is. Je bent de steun en toeverlaat voor onze medewerkers. Hun eerste aanspreekpunt, hun coach. Je krijgt er energie van om je team te stimuleren. De ene keer zorg je voor rust, de andere keer voor een extra energieboost.

Verder herken je jezelf omdat:

- Je blaakt van enthousiasme en energie, je wil mee de handen uit de mouwen steken.

- Je ervaring hebt in het groen, of je bent bereid om opleiding te volgen.

- Je zeer goed Nederlands spreekt en een rijbewijs B hebt.
