Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team en zorgt voor een professionele, prettige en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving. Je stimuleert eigenaarschap, samenwerking en persoonlijke ontwikkeling van medewerkers. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en zorg je voor een goede verbinding tussen bestuur, organisatie en uitvoering. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Leidinggeven aan en coachen van circa 25 medewerkers; - Voeren van personeelsgesprekken en uitvoeren van HR-taken; - Bevorderen van samenwerking, eigenaarschap en teamontwikkeling; - Organiseren van een goede werkverdeling en prioritering; - Fungeren als sparringpartner en procescoach voor medewerkers; - Toetsen van collegevoorstellen op kwaliteit en uitvoerbaarheid; - Adviseren van portefeuillehouders over de uitvoering van dienstverlening; - Bewaken van voortgang, capaciteit en kwaliteit binnen het team; - Uitdragen van het gemeentelijke gedachtegoed 'Samen Doen'; - Stimuleren van integraal, projectmatig en procesgericht werken. Functie-eisen - HBO werk- en denkniveau of hoger; - Aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring; - Ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke of bestuurlijke omgeving; - Kennis van of affiniteit met omgevingskwaliteit, ruimtelijke ontwikkeling of economie; - Politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit; - Ervaring met coaching en teamontwikkeling; - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; - Vermogen om richting en structuur aan te brengen.
