Over de functie Word jij onze nieuwe Teamleider? Tussen de automatische kranen en Automated Guided Vehicles en stellingen, voel jij je helemaal thuis. Of het nu gaat om elektrotechniek, (fijn)mechanische techniek of pneumatiek, alle vormen kun je bij PRIMARK vinden. Je hebt te maken met automatische palletkranen, AGV's, sensoren, scanners, weegsystemen, rollerbanen, conveyors en shuttles waar jij de dagelijkse onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor coördineert, maar ook de storingen van oplost. In Roosendaal staat een distrubutiecentrum van PRIMARK® ter grootte van ruim 30.000 m2. Vanuit dit distribitiecentrum wordt Frankrijk, Spanje en Italië van hippe kleding voorzien. In het DC heeft SSI SCHÄFER in 2020 de complete logistieke inrichting gebouwd en voert zij het onderhoud uit aan o.a. Automated Guided Vehicles, automatische kranen, een monorailsysteem en pallettransportsystemen. En in 2026 is dat nog eens uitgebreid met onder andere bijna 500 Flexi shuttels. Als jij hier komt werken, ga je dus werken met state-of-the-art techniek. Als Teamleider Maintenance ben jij aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken voor PRIMARK en de logistieke partner GXO en zorg je voor een optimale samenwerking zowel intern als met de andere bedrijven in het distributiecenter. Je gaat de medewerkers (5 in totaal) in je team coachen en begeleiden. Je hebt regelmatig overleg met collega's en de klant om verschillende processen op elkaar af te stemmen. Ook denk je mee over nieuwe ontwikkelingen en mogelijke verbeterpunten van de technische processen. Daarnaast maak je rapportages met betrekking tot de technische staat van de installatie, het onderhoud en de onderhoudsplannen. En zie je verbetermogelijkheden, dan deel je dit met je manager en je collega's. Je werkdagen zullen uiteraard verschillen, iedere dag is anders en afhankelijk van de drukte, is er de ene dag meer tijd voor preventief onderhoud dan de andere.
