Een prachtige stad om in te wonen ... en te werken. Opdracht Wegens ziekte van de huidige teamleider zijn wij op korte termijn op zoek naar een ervaren leidinggevende voor het team Onderzoek Wmo B. Je werkt binnen het bureau Wmo en Leerrecht van de afdeling Inkomen, Zorg en Leerrecht (IZ&L). Het bureau bestaat uit ongeveer 100 medewerkers. Binnen het bureau werken verschillende teams samen aan de ondersteuning van inwoners op het gebied van Wmo en Leerrecht. Team Onderzoek Wmo B werkt nauw samen met team Onderzoek Wmo A en het team Ondersteuning Wmo & Jeugdwet. De consulenten werken wijkgericht en onderzoeken via onder andere huisbezoek, telefonisch onderzoek en dossieronderzoek of een maatwerkvoorziening nodig is. Als teamleider ben je onderdeel van het management binnen het bureau en ben je vanuit die rol ook betrokken bij de bredere ontwikkeling van IZ&L. Je werkt in een professionele omgeving met korte lijnen, waarin inhoud, uitvoering en ontwikkeling nauw met elkaar verbonden zijn. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Het team Onderzoek Wmo B is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de Wmo (klassiek) op het gebied van hulp bij het huishouden, hulpmiddelen, woningaanpassingen en vervoersvoorzieningen. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 15 medewerkers. - Je geeft leiding aan het team Wmo B en je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, personele ontwikkeling, kwaliteit en resultaten van het team; - Je stuurt..
