In deze functie als Teamleider Operations zorg jij er samen met het team voor dat alles in de productie- en verpakkingshals goed verloopt. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Orders veranderen, producten komen vanuit verschillende teeltlocaties binnen en gedurende de dag kan de planning zomaar verschuiven. Jij houdt het hoofd koel, ziet wat er nodig is en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Wat ga jij doen? Als Teamleider Operations ondersteun je de Manager Logistiek en ben je dagelijks te vinden op de werkvloer. Producten vanuit verschillende teeltlocaties komen samen in de centrale verpakkingshals, waar ze worden verwerkt en klaargemaakt voor verzending. Jij zorgt ervoor dat mensen, planning en orders goed op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij kijk je continu vooruit. Welke orders hebben prioriteit? Waar zijn extra mensen nodig? Welke werkzaamheden moeten eerst worden opgepakt? En moet de bezetting gedurende de dag worden aangepast? Je schakelt hierover met onder andere de teamleiders, logistiek en transport. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het plannen en aansturen van de orderverwerking en productie; - Het verdelen van medewerkers en bepalen van prioriteiten; - Het plannen van de personeelsbezetting en inzetten van extra arbeidskrachten; - Het verwerken van de urenregistratie in Nitea; - Het coördineren van binnenkomende partijen en uitgaande orders; - Het schakelen met teamleiders, logistiek en transport. Dit is een meewerkende functie. Zeker in het begin draai je actief mee om de producten, werkzaamheden en processen goed te leren kennen.
