40 uur, tweeploegendienst (06:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 00:00) Elke dag zorgen tientallen collega's bij Schouten Twente ervoor dat onze plantaardige producten volgens planning, specificatie en kwaliteitsnormen worden geproduceerd en verpakt. Als Teamleider Operations speel jij daarin een centrale rol. Jij zorgt dat het team weet wat er moet gebeuren, dat de productie blijft doorlopen en dat er snel wordt geschakeld wanneer de praktijk anders loopt dan gepland. Bij Schouten Twente zoeken we daarom een Teamleider Operations die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, graag tussen de mensen werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zowel het proces als het team. Ben jij gewend om leiding te geven in een dynamische productieomgeving en weet jij mensen, kwaliteit en resultaat goed met elkaar te verbinden? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Jij houdt mensen én productie in beweging! Als Teamleider Operations ben je een duidelijke en betrokken leidinggevende die mensen weet mee te nemen en tegelijkertijd resultaat voor ogen houdt. Je communiceert helder, bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer en werkt gemakkelijk samen met verschillende afdelingen. Ook bij onverwachte situaties blijf je rustig en oplossingsgericht. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid, durft beslissingen te nemen en weet een goede balans te vinden tussen wat de productie vraagt en wat jouw team nodig heeft om goed te kunnen presteren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijks leiding geven aan het productie- en verpakkingsteam; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, veiligheid, productiviteit en realisatie van de productie- en verpakkingsplanning; - Bewaken van de personeelsbezetting en bijsturen wanneer de planning of omstandigheden daarom vragen; - Stellen van prioriteiten en oplossen van operationele knelpunten en verstoringen; - Coördineren van productwissels, lijnopstarten en de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen; - Zorgen voor e...
