Lees snel verder! Over het werk Als teamleider operations ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de dagelijkse operatie binnen het warehouse in Alkmaar. Je werkt fulltime en de werktijden zijn in overleg met de andere teamleiders: je kunt ingezet worden op de ochtend-, dag- of avonddienst. Je start altijd een halfuur eerder om de overdracht goed te laten verlopen. Na 18:00 uur ontvang je een extra toeslag.. Je krijgt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen door diverse trainingen en opleidingen. Je start je werkdag met het coördineren van het team van 20 tot 25 medewerkers. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je start de dienstop met een dag start in het Engels. Je hebt veel contact met collega-teamleiders en voert regelmatig overleg, ook in het Engels. Administratie is een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie; ongeveer 70% van je tijd ben je bezig met het controleren van orders, het geven van presentaties aan afdelingsmanagers en het houden van functionerings-, beoordelings- en verzuimgesprekken. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop: is het niet veilig, dan stopt de operatie. Ben jij proactief, houd je van een open cultuur waarin fouten maken mag en leren centraal staat?
