De functie Dit is jouw kans om aan de basis te staan van de opstart van een nieuwe productielijn voor luchtvaartmodules. Als Teamleider ga je aan de slag met het mede vormgeven van de verschillende processen, werkwijzen en de opbouw van jouw team. Jij begeleidt de prototype en nul-serieproductie en signaleert problemen. In samenwerking met production engineering, QA en supply chain engineers los jij de eventuele opstart problemen op. Wanneer de lijn operationeel is, neem jij ook de dagelijkse leiding over de activiteiten. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Vertalen van procuct- en procesinformatie naar een praktisch werkende lijn; - Met NPI engineers meedenken over lay-out, tooling en werkplekinrichting; - I.s.m. de NPI/production engineering afdeling opstellen van werkinstructies, standaarden en kwaliteitsborging; - Verlenen van ondersteuning bij het aantrekken en opleiden van medewerkers. Na de opstartfase verschuift de nadruk van jouw functie naar ander andere de volgende taken: - Realiseren van doelstelling op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en productiviteit; - Continu verbeteren van processen en werkmethoden; - Ontwikkelen en coachen van medewerkers.
