Voor onze klant in Tilburg zijn wij opzoek naar een: Teamleider Outbound Contact Center Wat ga je doen? Je geeft leiding aan een team van circa 15 tot 25 medewerkers, waarvan een deel op kantoor en een deel vanuit huis werkt. Je bent zichtbaar, toegankelijk en resultaatgericht. Je coacht medewerkers, bewaakt prestaties en zorgt voor een werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, kwaliteit en resultaten hand in hand gaan. Je bent niet bang om zelf de telefoon op te pakken wanneer dat nodig is. Je begrijpt de operatie, ondersteunt je team actief en geeft daarin het goede voorbeeld. - Coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers; - Sturen op KPI's, kwaliteit, bezetting en commerciële resultaten; - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van afspraken voor de buitendienst; - Beheren van toegewezen regio's en commerciële opvolging; - Voeren van evaluatiegesprekken; - Actief meewerken in de operatie wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt; - Analyseren van prestaties en doorvoeren van verbeteringen; - Optimaliseren van processen, scripts en werkwijzen; - Rapporteren aan management en afstemmen met het hoofdkantoor in België; - Selecteren en on-boarden van nieuwe collega's. Wat vragen we van jou? - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële omgeving als leidinggevende óf in een senior rol waarin je collega's hebt begeleid en gecoacht; - Jij bent een coachende leider met een sterke commerciële drive. Je weet mensen te inspireren, spreekt verwachtingen duidelijk uit en houdt focus op kwaliteit en resultaat; - Een pragmatische, zelfstandige en hands-on instelling; - Ervaring met KPI-sturing en performance manageme...
