Ben jij iemand die het hoofd koel houdt als de planning ineens compleet anders loopt dan gedacht? Mooi! Als Teamleider Planning Binnenland in Doesburg zorg jij er samen met jouw team voor dat iedere dag de puzzel weer klopt. Je stuurt de binnenlandplanning aan, houdt overzicht en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen. Nuchter, duidelijk en met aandacht voor de mensen om je heen.

Je geeft leiding aan een team van 7 medewerkers, bestaande uit twee ervaren planners en vier tot vijf assistent planners. Samen regelen jullie de planning van zendingen die door heel Nederland worden geleverd en opgehaald. Daarbij heb je veel contact met chauffeurs, het crossdock, andere logistieke afdelingen en externe vervoerspartners.

Als teamleider sta je midden in de operatie. Je kijkt tegelijkertijd verder dan vandaag. Waar kunnen ritten slimmer worden gecombineerd? Hoe verhogen we de beladingsgraad? Waarom loopt een bepaalde route structureel vertraging op? Jij duikt in de cijfers, ziet waar kansen liggen en zorgt ervoor dat verbeteringen ook echt worden doorgevoerd.

Concreet houd jij je bezig met:

- Aansturen en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse binnenlandplanning voor leveringen en afhalingen; - Leidinggeven, coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw team van planners en assistent planners; - Bewaken van afleverperformance, doorlooptijden en kwaliteit; - Analyseren van KPI's en inzetten van verbeteracties; - Optimaliseren van routes, beladingsgraden en inzet van transportcapaciteit; - Coördineren van consolidatie en deconsolidatie van zendingen; - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten; - Afstemmen van capaciteit en forecasts met interne collega's en externe vervoerspartners; - Onderhouden van contacten met chauffeurs, vervoerders en andere afdelingen; - Bewaken van transport- en handlingkosten en sturen op een gezond rendement; - Fungeren als escalatiepunt bij operationele vraagstukken en bewaken van servicelevels; - Opstellen van roosters, verdelen van werkzaamheden en voeren van f
