- | Teamleider Polikliniek - Jeugd & Gezin - Alkmaar Bouwen aan sterke teams én goede zorg voor jeugd en gezinnen. Als teamleider binnen Jeugd & Gezin geef je leiding aan twee ambulante teams in Alkmaar en krijg je de ruimte om samen met medewerkers verder te bouwen aan de zorg van morgen. Je combineert aandacht voor mensen met een duidelijke blik op kwaliteit, ontwikkeling en resultaat. Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand voor 32 uur per week. Waar ga je werken? Jeugd & Gezin biedt vanuit verschillende poliklinieken verspreid over Noord-Noord-Holland ambulante specialistische GGZ aan kinderen en jongeren van 0 tot 18 jaar en hun ouders. We bieden zorg op maat en kijken samen met het kind, de jongere en het gezin wat op dat moment nodig is. Als teamleider sta je dicht bij de teams en medewerkers, maar houd je tegelijkertijd oog voor wat er binnen de bredere organisatie en de jeugdzorg speelt. Je maakt onderdeel uit van een compact leiderschapsteam van vier teamleiders. Samen met de manager bedrijfsvoering en de manager behandelzaken werk je aan de ontwikkeling van de teams en de kwaliteit van zorg. Jullie trekken gezamenlijk op in vraagstukken rondom personele inzet, teamontwikkeling, zorgkwaliteit en het verbeteren van werk- en zorgprocessen. Er is ruimte om mee te denken over de koers en om ideeën daadwerkelijk om te zetten in ontwikkeling. Wat ga je doen? Je coacht en ontwikkelt medewerkers en stimuleert eigenaarschap. Met een duidelijke focus op resultaten zorg je voor voortgang en kwaliteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de personele inzet en verzuimbegeleiding. Daarnaast speel je proactief in op veranderingen en herken je ontwikkelingen binnen en buiten de organisatie. Je levert een bijdrage aan beleid en organisatieontwikkeling en bevordert de samenwerking tussen teams. Zo creëer je een omgeving waarin medewerkers en de organisatie zich blijven ontwikkelen.
