Waarom je op onze afdeling wilt werken Onze polikliniek bestaat uit de specialismen chirurgie, orthopedie en plastische chirurgie. Deze poliklinieken kenmerken zich door de veelzijdigheid van de werkzaamheden, zijn volop in ontwikkeling en bieden een uitdagende werkomgeving voor een teamleider met visie en daadkracht. Wij geloven in korte lijnen en een open werksfeer, waarbij iedereen zich snel thuis voelt. Samen gaan we graag met je de uitdaging aan om invulling te geven aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling en het optimaliseren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen Je stuurt direct de polikliniekassistenten en het secretariaat aan. Samen met de vakgroep voorzitters bespreek je wat er nodig is om de poliklinische zorg zo soepel mogelijk te laten verlopen. Om je functie goed te vervullen is aanwezigheid en zichtbaarheid op de afdeling een vereiste. Het takenpakket in deze functie bestaat uit: - Aansturen van het dagelijks operationele proces; - Samenwerken met medisch specialisten; - Sturen op personele bezetting, begroting en capaciteit; - Coachen en aansturen van medewerkers op de afdeling inclusief het voer...
