Ben jij een enthousiaste leider met ervaring in de productie? Voor Royal Fassin zoeken we een Teamleider productie (36 uur) die het team motiveert, de productie soepel laat verlopen en zorgt voor kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer.

Royal Fassin bestaat al meer dan 100 jaar en heeft daarmee ruime ervaring in het maken van snoepjes die geliefd zijn bij jong en oud. Het productieproces wordt continu verbeterd, net als de mogelijkheden voor medewerkers om zich te ontwikkelen. Je werkt in een schone en veilige omgeving, met aandacht voor plezier op de werkvloer én een goed salaris dat erbij hoort.Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleider Productie zorg jij ervoor dat elke dag de productie soepel verloopt en ons heerlijke snoep met kwaliteit van de band komt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt bij productieproblemen, ziet toe op veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen, en helpt processen continu te verbeteren. Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een enthousiast team van circa 25 collega's en bent volop aanwezig op de werkvloer. Samen met je team creëer je een prettige, veilige en productieve werkomgeving waarin plezier en resultaat hand in hand gaan.Wat vragen wij van jou?

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en gedreven collega die het leuk vindt om samen te bouwen en het team elke dag weer in beweging te krijgen. Jij voelt feilloos aan wat jouw team nodig heeft en weet iedereen te coachen, te motiveren en te inspireren. Als natuurlijk leider sta je stevig in je schoenen en kun je zowel midden in het team als erboven staan wanneer dat nodig is.

• Minimaal afgeronde MBO 4 opleiding of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau. • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een productiebedrijf. • Een hands-on teambuilder die productieprocessen soepel laat lopen en graag verbetert. • Leiderschap zit in je DNA. • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Duitse of Engelse taal is een pré.Wat bieden wij jou?
