In deze functie werk je in 3-ploegen zonder nachtdiensten binnen een stabiel familiebedrijf met moderne productielijnen. Je stuurt mensen aan, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles soepel en veilig blijft draaien. Dit ga je doen Als teamleider productie geef je dagelijks leiding aan meerdere productielijnen. Je bent veel op de werkvloer aanwezig en schakelt snel tussen mensen, machines en planning. Je zorgt dat de productie goed loopt en dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning op orde zijn. Je stuurt medewerkers aan, motiveert je team en zorgt voor een fijne en duidelijke werksfeer. Je werkt samen met twee andere teamleiders en stemt regelmatig af met de technische dienst en het management. Daarnaast denk je mee over verbeteringen in het proces en help je mee om de productie steeds slimmer en beter te maken. Je werkt in een roulerend 3-ploegendienst zonder nachtdiensten: 07:00 uur - 16:00 uur 05:30 uur - 14:30 uur 14:30 uur - 23:30 uur Dit krijg je - Salaris tussen €3.450 en €4.000 bruto per maand (excl. ploegentoeslag) - Ploegentoeslag bovenop je salaris - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld - Werken in een modern en groeiend familiebedrijf - Veel ruimte om door te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen - Een hecht team met korte lijnen en goede samenwerking Dit ben je - Ervaring in een productieomgeving (food is een pré, geen must) - Ervaring in het aansturen of coachen van medewerkers - Technisch en procesmatig inzicht - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denknive...
