Als teamleider productie zorg jij ervoor dat jouw afdeling iedere dag veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning draait. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat de kruiden en specerijen op de juiste manier worden verpakt. Je geeft leiding aan 30 tot 35 medewerkers en bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je houdt overzicht, ondersteunt je team en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers zich blijven ontwikkelen. Daarnaast kijk je continu naar mogelijkheden om processen slimmer en beter te maken. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelf beslissingen te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid te pakken. Bij onverwachte situaties kijk jij eerst naar de beste oplossing. Waar nodig stem je af met de productiemanager.

Jouw afdeling Je werkt binnen de afdeling waar de consumentenproducten worden verpakt. Van kruidenpotjes en sachets tot maaltijdverpakkingen: jouw team zorgt ervoor dat onze producten klaar zijn voor de consument. Door de groei van de afdeling werken we straks met 4 teamleiders. Hierdoor blijft jouw team overzichtelijk en werk je nauw samen met collega-teamleiders, lead operators en de productiemanager.

Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst:

- Ochtenddienst: 05.30 - 14.00 uur - Middagdienst: 13.30 - 22.00 uur

Wat ga je doen? Je combineert dagelijks leidinggeven met coaching en verbeteren. Je zorgt voor een goed lopend productieproces en een team dat zich blijft ontwikkelen.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Begeleiden en ontwikkelen van jouw team. - Aansturen van lead operators. - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productieprestaties. - Oplossen van verstoringen en knelpunten. - Samenwerken met afdelingen zoals planning, kwaliteit, techniek en HR. - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de productie. - Ontwikkelen van medewerkers richting allround operator.

Je bent een praktische en betrokken leidinggevende die graag tussen de mensen staat. Je houdt overzicht, communiceert duidelijk en krijgt energie van samenwerken en verbeteren.
