Als Teamleider Productie zorg je dat jouw team goed functioneert en dat iedereen weet wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Je houdt toezicht op de productieprocessen en begeleidt medewerkers in hun groei en ontwikkeling. Het is voor jou essentieel dat kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning op een hoog niveau blijven. Medewerkers moeten zich gewaardeerd en betrokken voelen, en jij zorgt voor een nette en veilige werkplek.

Dit ga je doen:- Dagelijks aansturen en motiveren van 50 tot 75 medewerkers - Verantwoordelijk voor een goede personeelsbezetting en het verdelen van het werk - Nieuwe medewerkers inwerken en collega's ondersteunen in hun ontwikkeling - De voortgang van productie, kwaliteit en planning bewaken - Oplossen van knelpunten en verbeteren van processen samen met andere afdelingen

Je werkt in verschoven diensten, met late diensten die tot 23.00 uur kunnen duren. Ook ben je bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
