Teamleider Productie in een groothandel in chemische grondstoffen en chemicaliën voor industriële toepassingen. Jij geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 7 Operators in een 3-ploegendienst. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatief hoogwaardige uitvoering van het productieproces. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager/Director en bent de schakel tussen de werkvloer en het management. Functie-inhoud - Dagelijks aansturen, coachen en motiveren van circa 7 Operators. - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van de personeelsbezetting. - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Bewaken van de productieplanning, productkwaliteit en productie-output. - Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten. - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbetertrajecten op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en kostenbeheersing. - Monitoren van KPI's en rapporteren van resultaten aan de Operations Manager/Director. - Begeleiden, ontwikkelen en beoordelen van medewerkers. - Organiseren van werkoverleggen en zorgen voor een goede ploegoverdracht. - Samenwerken met afdelingen zoals Technische Dienst, Logistiek, Kwaliteit en Supply Chain. Functie-eisen - MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van procestechniek. - Ervaring als Teamleider, Shiftleader, Voorman of Senior Operator binnen een productieomgeving. - Kennis van productieprocessen en continu verbeteren. Ervaring met Lean is een pré. - Ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een coachende leiderschapsstijl. - Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardigheid. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
