In de functie van Teamleider Productie werk je bij onze klant in een 3-ploegendienst (6.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00 / 22.00 - 06.00, nachtdienst start zondagavond), jouw werkzaamheden zijn:

- Verantwoordelijk voor de output van het maakproces, waarbij je focus vooral ligt op de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van de producten én veiligheid van je collega's - Aansturen, coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van de medewerkers binnen jouw team. Door jouw manier van leidinggeven breng je sfeer binnen het team en werken de medewerkers graag in jouw team - Door jouw scherp oog voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie overzie je het productieproces en stuur je, in overleg met je assistent teamleider, bij waar nodig - Je levert een bijdrage aan verbeteringen in het proces, bijvoorbeeld door middel van 5S. Onze opdrachtgever is niet bang om te investeren! - Zelf actief bijdragen aan het productieproces door machines af te stellen en instellingen te controleren - Je werkt nauw samen met de teamleiders van andere afdelingen en bepaalt samen met de planning de prioriteiten - Bespreken van onderhoud en storingen met de collega's van de technische dienst en afwijkingen in de procesvoering met de operations manager - Overige werkzaamheden, zoals het voeren van verzuimgesprekken en houden van toolboxmeetings

- Meerdere jaren leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving - Je krijgt energie van het aansturen en coachen van medewerkers - Technische kennis, wat je zal helpen om onder andere de medewerkers correct aan te sturen. Je hoeft geen techneut te zijn, maar je moet in staat zijn te werken met je handen met- en in- een machine - Woonachtig binnen een straal van 30 km rondom Ede, zoals Arnhem, Barneveld, Veenendaal en Wageningen - Sterk in het plannen, stellen van prioriteiten en het behouden van het overzicht
