Als Teamleider Productie krijg je de kans om leiding te geven binnen een innovatieve fabriek waar moderne techniek, duurzaamheid en ontwikkeling centraal staan.Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van jouw productieteam en zorgt ervoor dat het proces veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Je houdt overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en voert onder andere functionerings-, beoordelings- en verzuimgesprekken.Een mooie functie voor een natuurlijke leider die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt, mensen weet te motiveren en samen met zijn team wil bouwen aan een succesvolle productieomgeving!

Functieomschrijving: Ben jij een natuurlijke leider die graag het overzicht bewaart en energie krijgt van het verbeteren van mensen én processen? Als Teamleider Productie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen shift en stuur je dagelijks een team van ongeveer 6 tot 12 operators en productiemedewerkers aan.In deze functie sta je niet zelf continu aan de lijn. Jouw kracht ligt juist in het coördineren, coachen en optimaliseren. Je bewaakt de productieplanning, zorgt voor de juiste bezetting en houdt scherp zicht op veiligheid, kwaliteit en voortgang. Loopt iets niet volgens plan? Dan schakel jij snel en zorg je samen met je team voor een passende oplossing.Wat deze functie extra interessant maakt, is de ruimte die je krijgt om écht invloed uit te oefenen. De productieorganisatie is volop in ontwikkeling en jouw ideeën worden serieus genomen.
