Als Teamleider Productie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en begeleiden van een team in een modern verpak- en distributiecentrum. Je zorgt dat de productieprocessen efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning verlopen. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, hebt oog voor prestaties en werkt continu aan verbetering van de resultaten. Op een gemiddelde dag begin je met een teamoverleg, waarna je de werkvloer opgaat om medewerkers te coachen en te ondersteunen. Je monitort de voortgang, analyseert de cijfers en stuurt bij waar nodig. Tussendoor bespreek je met collega-teamleiders en de productiemanager mogelijke verbeteringen. Je sluit je dag af met administratieve taken en het rapporteren van de behaalde resultaten.

- Dagelijks monitoren en rapporteren van KPI’s (kwaliteit, output, productiviteit, personeelsinzet)

- Actief coachen en aanspreken van medewerkers op gedrag en resultaat

- Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten volgens Lean- en Operational Excellence-principes

- Intensief samenwerken met collega-teamleiders en productiemanager

- Leidinggeven aan coördinatoren, operators en een flexibele schil van uitzendkrachten (hoogseizoen)

- Verantwoordelijk voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van procedures

- Meedenken en bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van werkprocessen

- Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau - Minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen productie of logistiek - Ervaring met performance management en het sturen op KPI’s - Aantoonbare ervaring met het voeren van gesprekken over functioneren - Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels - Je bent resultaatgericht, mensgericht en kunt goed samenwerken - Bekendheid met Lean of Operational Excellence is een pré
