Functieomschrijving: Om jouw functie goed uit te kunnen voeren, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken: • Het trainen, opleiden en coachen van 7 procesoperators. • Het nemen van zelfstandige beslissingen. • Het aandragen van verbeteringen en optimaliseren van processen. • Het voeren van werkoverleg met andere teamleiders om de samenwerking en efficiëntie te bevorderen. • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid, kwaliteit en continuïteit.

Functievereisten: Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van teamleider productie verwachten wij het volgende: • Afgeronde technische mbo-4 opleiding. • Minimaal een vapro B processing diploma. • Ruime ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindust
