We zoeken een Teamleider productie die een team van ongeveer 17 tot 20 medewerkers weet te motiveren, begeleiden en aan te sturen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. In deze functie ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de werkvloer, productieplanning en technische dienst. Je houdt overzicht, grijpt in wanneer dat nodig is en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team iedere dienst goed voorbereid en gemotiveerd aan het werk gaat. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Teamleider productie : - Dagelijkse aansturing van het productieteam, werkverdeling en personeelsplanning - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en productieplanning, inclusief tijdig bijsturen - Signaleren en oplossen van problemen op de werkvloer, inclusief afstemming met de technische dienst - Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers, nieuwe collega's en ontwikkeling via trainingen en opleidingen - Toezien op het juiste gebruik van machines, materialen en persoonlijke beschermmiddelen - Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen, efficiënter werken en een optimale productie - Verwerken en rapporteren van productie, personeel en kwaliteitsgegevens Functie-eisen - Je beschikt over MBO++ werk en denkniveau - Aantoonbare ervaring als teamleider, shiftleader of vergelijkbaar binnen een productieomgeving - Veilig werken staat bij jou altijd voorop en je weet dit ook over te brengen op je team - Fulltime beschikbaar en vindt het geen probleem om in een 2 ploegendienst te werken - Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met Lean, 5S, TPM of andere methodes voor procesverbeteringen - Goed overweg met Microsoft Office, ervaring me...
