Wie ben jij Jij bent een daadkrachtige, resultaatgerichte en proactieve aanpakker met echt leiderschaps-DNA. Je hebt een flinke dosis zelfreflectie en bent niet bang om je collega's om hulp te vragen.

- Minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een productieomgeving (MBO-niveau). - Je bent een ware teamplayer. - Je vindt het geen probleem om 1 keer in de 2 weken op zondag te werken.

Wat ga je doen Geen dag is hetzelfde! Samen met 3 andere teamleiders ben jij de spil van de productie (van vers- tot vriesdeeg en de reiniging van kratten). Met jouw enthousiasme stuur je het productieteam aan.

- Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de productieomgeving. - Richting geven aan de werkzaamheden van de medewerkers op de vloer. - Controles uitvoeren, ondersteunen waar nodig en toezien op de 'Food Safety culture'. - Opstellen van een operationeel personeelsplan om de KPI's te behalen. - Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en gestructureerde werkomgeving.
