Je zorgt er samen metjouw team voor dat de productie veilig en efficiënt verloopt en de productiviteitsnormenbehaald worden in een fijne en goed georganiseerde werkomgeving. Je creëert eenwerkomgeving waarin collega's zich gehoord voelen, verantwoordelijkheid nemen ensamen resultaten behalen. Daarnaast signaleer je verbeterkansen en neem je initiatiefom processen, samenwerking en prestaties verder te optimaliseren.Je bent daarnaast ook verantwoordelijk voor:Stimuleren van de ontwikkeling van collega's en voeren van plannings-, ontwikkel- enbeoordelingsgesprekken; • Begeleiden van verzuimtrajecten en bijdragen aan een duurzame inzetbaarheid vancollega's; • Het bewaken van de kwaliteit en veiligheidsnormeringen binnen onze processen;•Deelname in en het leiden van projecten binnen jouw afdeling.•• Je gaat samenwerken met collega Teamleiders, Operators en Productiemedewerkers.Da...
