Wat ga je doen? Voor een stabiele en groeiende productieorganisatie zoeken wij een enthousiaste teamleider. Samen met een team van circa zes collega's zorg je ervoor dat de productie van hoogwaardige panelen soepel, veilig en volgens planning verloopt.

Als Meewerkend Teamleider Productie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de productieleider en het productieteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op de werkvloer efficiënt en volgens kwaliteitseisen wordt uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

- Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 6 medewerkers; - Verdelen van werkzaamheden en bewaken van een efficiënte personeelsinzet; - Bespreken en opvolgen van de productieplanning; - Zorgdragen voor tijdige productie van de juiste producten; - Oplossen van operationele knelpunten en beantwoorden van vragen vanuit het team; - Uitvoeren en bewaken van kwaliteitscontroles; - Actief meewerken in het productieproces en collega's instrueren waar nodig; - Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in processen, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen de 3.800,- en 4.700,- naar gelang de werkervaring - Reiskostenvergoeding - Solide pensioenvoorziening - 25 vakantiedagen - Meteen op contract bij de opdrachtgever.
