Je stuurt het productieteam aan, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en bewaakt ondertussen de voortgang, planning, kwaliteit en uitvoering. Verandert de situatie gedurende de dag? Dan wacht je niet af, maar kijk je wat nodig is en neem je zelfstandig beslissingen om het werk goed door te laten lopen. Daarbij geef je op een duidelijke en respectvolle manier leiding aan medewerkers en denk je actief mee over praktische verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt de bedrijfsleiding en neemt bij afwezigheid de dagelijkse leiding op je. Ook kan het voorkomen dat je contact hebt met klanten of andere relaties. Daarbij weet je tactvol te handelen en professioneel te communiceren. Het doel is dat je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en jezelf ontwikkelt richting de functie van Assistent-bedrijfsleider.
