Neem jij graag het voortouw en werk je zelf net zo graag mee? Word meewerkend voorman of voorvrouw in Zelhem en combineer techniek, productie en het aansturen van een klein team. Kunnen collega’s op jou rekenen en houd jij overzicht wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt? Voor een voedingsmiddelenbedrijf in Zelhem zoeken wij een meewerkend voorman of voorvrouw.

Je begeleidt een ploeg van 2 à 3 collega’s en werkt actief mee aan de productie van boter. Samen bewaken jullie het proces van grondstof tot verpakt eindproduct. Je verdeelt de werkzaamheden, stelt machines in en grijpt in bij afwijkingen of kleine storingen. Deze functie past bij iemand die duidelijk communiceert en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Je weet wanneer je een collega moet helpen en wanneer het nodig is om bij te sturen. Daarbij heb je oog voor zowel het werk als de mensen die het uitvoeren.

Wat ga je doen?

- Werkzaamheden verdelen en de voortgang bewaken. - Zelf meewerken in de productie. - Machines instellen en kleine storingen oplossen. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren. - Nieuwe medewerkers instrueren. - Toezien op hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.

Werktijden

Je werkt 38 uur per week in 2 ploegen, met af en toe een nacht- en zaterdagdienst. Op zondag ben je altijd vrij.

Jij geeft duidelijke uitleg, spreekt collega’s op een prettige manier aan en blijft rustig als het anders loopt dan gepland. Je pakt werkzaamheden op en maakt afspraken waar anderen op kunnen vertrouwen.

Daarnaast vragen wij:

- Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in levensmiddelen- of procestechniek, Operator A/B of gelijkwaardig. - Leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving. - Ervaring met geautomatiseerde processen en apparatuur. - Kennis van HACCP, hygiëne en het boterbereidingsproces. - Een heftruckcertificaat en BHV-certificaat.
