Teamleader Logistiek

Ben jij een ervaren leidinggevende met een passie voor logistiek? Krijg jij energie van het coachen van medewerkers, het verbeteren van processen en het behalen van gezamenlijke resultaten? Dan is deze functie als Teamleader Logistiek iets voor jou!

Als Teamleader ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het warehouse. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw team weet wat er van hen wordt verwacht, zich kan ontwikkelen en optimaal kan presteren. Je bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer, houdt overzicht over de processen en weet precies waar eventuele knelpunten liggen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Teamleader geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van ongeveer 20 Warehouse Operators. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en volgens de gemaakte afspraken worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het aansturen, begeleiden en coachen van jouw team.

- Het bewaken van de voortgang en prestaties binnen de afdeling.

- Het signaleren van knelpunten in logistieke processen en meedenken over verbeteringen.

- Het registreren en opvolgen van prestaties en ervoor zorgen dat medewerkers de juiste trainingen volgen.

- Het waarborgen van de veiligheid op de werkvloer.

- Het voeren van verzuim-, re-integratie-, beoordelings- en functioneringsgesprekken.

- Het plannen van werk- en trainingsuren.

- Het bijhouden van urenregistratie en personeelsmutaties.

- Regelmatig afstemmen met andere Teamleaders en de Shift Manager over de ontwikkelingen binnen de afdeling.

Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en zorgt voor een prettige en professionele werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen.
