Om onze samenwerking, projecten en aanbod verder te versterken, zoeken we een Teamleider Relaties & Ontwikkeling. Praktische info Aantal uur: 32 uur per week Ervaring: Ervaring met leidinggeven en/of coördineren, projectmatig werken en het aansturen van meerdere projecten Over de functie Als Teamleider Relaties & Ontwikkeling geef je leiding aan het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor externe samenwerking, kwaliteitsborging en product- en projectontwikkeling. Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen deze onderdelen en verbindt ze met de koers en ambities van Taal Doet Meer. Naast je leidinggevende rol ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor een aantal projecten. Je ontwikkelt bestaande projecten door, werkt samen met betrokken partners en bewaakt de kwaliteit, voortgang, het budget en de resultaten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen buiten en binnen: tussen onze partners en ons netwerk, nieuwe kansen in de stad, de ontwikkeling van projecten en de dagelijkse uitvoering.
