In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat reparatieverzoeken van huurders snel, efficiënt en klantgericht worden afgehandeld. Je geeft leiding aan een team van opzichters en vaklieden en speelt een belangrijke rol in het optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen en huurdersdienstverlening. Wat ga je doen als Teamleider Reparatieverzoek? Als Teamleider Reparatieverzoek ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een team van opzichters en vaklieden binnen het onderhouds- en reparatieproces. Je zorgt voor een professionele en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Daarnaast werk je aan het verbeteren van processen rondom reparatieverzoeken en onderhoud. Je vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar concrete plannen en stuurt op kwaliteit, prestaties en klanttevredenheid. Daarbij zorg je voor de juiste bezetting, systemen, middelen en budgetten om het team succesvol te laten werken. Je analyseert prestaties, signaleert verbeterkansen en zet data om in concrete acties. Ook werk je nauw samen met leveranciers, aannemers en interne stakeholders om de dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast beoordeel je werkopdrachten, offertes, facturen en budgetten en draag je actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de onderhoudsketen. Wat breng je daarvoor mee?
