Kun jij richting geven in een werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is? En weet jij medewerkers mee te nemen in de dynamiek van geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ)? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor je. Jij als Teamleider GRZ … Samen met je collega teamleiders van de behandeldienst maak je deel uit van het cluster Tijdelijk Verblijf & Behandeldienst van Opella. Op locatie Elias in Bennekom werken ongeveer 60 medewerkers. Zij begeleiden oudere cliënten die tijdelijk bij Opella verblijven, onder andere om te revalideren en toe te werken naar een terugkeer naar huis. De wisselende instroom van cliënten vraagt van medewerkers dat zij voortdurend kunnen schakelen en meebewegen. Jij begrijpt die dynamiek van de geriatrische revalidatiezorg en staat dicht bij je team. Je weet wat er speelt, hebt oog voor wat medewerkers nodig hebben en bent tegelijkertijd duidelijk. Die combinatie van daadkracht en inlevingsvermogen maakt jou een prettige en betrouwbare leidinggevende. Daarnaast lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van de GRZ. De GRZ is volop in beweging met thema's als ambulante zorg, beeldzorg, domein overstijgend werken en de reablement benadering. De visie van Opella weet jij in deze ontwikkelingen uit te dragen, scherp te houden en geef jij verder richting. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Je stelt samen met je team een jaarplan op en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de doelen uit het jaarplan en een financieel gezonde bedrijfsvoering. - Je bent zichtbaar als leidinggevende op individueel en teamniveau.
