Van bruiloften in historische kastelen tot grootschalige personeelsfeesten in industriële loodsen en zakelijke bijeenkomsten in moderne eventhallen — wij creëren totaalbelevingen.

Daarom zoeken wij een Teamleider Sales & Events die niet alleen aanstuurt, maar ook zelf het verschil maakt.

Jouw rol: leider én meewerkend commercieel aanjager

Als Teamleider Sales & Events geef je leiding aan het salesteam en ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de commerciële resultaten binnen zowel de zakelijke als particuliere markt. Maar dit is geen rol vanaf de zijlijn.

Jij:

- Tilt het team inhoudelijk en commercieel naar een hoger niveau;

- Verhoogt de kwaliteit van offertes, opvolging en closing;

- En maakt zelf ook commerciële meters.

Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je stelt heldere salesplannen op met een solide financiële onderbouwing en vertaalt deze naar concrete acties, targets en resultaten.

Jij zorgt voor:

- Duidelijke positionering van Next Venue in verschillende marktsegmenten;

- Groei bij bestaande accounts;

- Relatiebeheer;

- En het ontwikkelen van vernieuwende én duurzame klantconcepten.
