Voor Landgoed Aerwinkel zoeken wij een Teamleider Schoonmaak voor 8 tot 10 uur per week. Als Teamleider ben je tijdens de schoonmaakdagen het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's. Je werkt zelf mee in de schoonmaak, houdt ondertussen het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de accommodaties netjes en op tijd klaar zijn voor de volgende gasten. Salaris 16,70 - 18,44 per uur, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring Uren per week 8-10 uur per week Functieomschrijving Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Meewerken met het schoonmaken van de accommodaties - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's tijdens de schoonmaak - Controleren of de werkzaamheden goed en volgens afspraak worden uitgevoerd - Zorgen dat de planning en werkzaamheden soepel verlopen - Collega's helpen wanneer zij ergens tegenaan lopen - Signaleren en oplossen van problemen op de werkvloer - Zorgen voor een nette en verzorgde uitstraling van de accommodaties Je bent dus niet alleen aan het schoonmaken. Je houdt ook het overzicht en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat alles op tijd klaar is voor de gasten. Werktijden Je werkt voornamelijk op maandag en vrijdag tussen 10:00 en 16:00 uur. In totaal gaat het om ongeveer 8 tot 10 uur per week. Kun je maar op één van deze dagen werken? Ook dan nodigen we je uit om te reageren. We kijken graag samen naar de mogelijkheden.
