Teamleider Schoonmaak Schiphol - Schiphol - Schoonmaak en reiniging - 40 uur - €3251,00 - €4645,00 per maand Bij Vebego Airport Services, onderdeel van de Vebego Group met ruim 80 jaar ervaring in schoonmaak, ben jij de cruciale schakel als Teamleider Schoonmaak op Schiphol. Jij werkt op een van de meest dynamische plekken van Nederland waar dagelijks duizenden reizigers langskomen. Met jouw leiderschap en positieve mindset zorg jij dat deze internationale luchthaven schoon en gastvrij blijft. Je krijgt alle benodigdheden aangereikt om jouw team te begeleiden en te motiveren. In de rol als Teamleider Schoonmaak stuur je een team van circa 70 medewerkers aan en zorgt dat zij met plezier hun schoonmaakwerk doen in een omgeving die nooit stilstaat. Je werkt in een vast vierwekelijks cyclisch rooster, waardoor je ruim vooraf weet waar je aan toe bent. Dit rooster bestaat uit de volgende diensten: - 06:00 - 14:30 - 08:00 - 16:30 - 15:30 - 00:00 Dit ga je doen Werken op Schiphol betekent werken in een wereld die 24/7 doorloopt ; jij staat midden in die dynamiek! Als Teamleider Schoonmaak ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, medewerkers en onze interne organisatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat jouw team met plezier werkt, klanten tevreden zijn en alles soepel verloopt in deze bruisende omgeving. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak en dat alles verloopt volgens de afspraken. In de functie van Teamleider Schoonmaak pas je HR-beleid toe in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden, zoals het voeren van gesprekken en het naleven van verzuimafspraken, cao en personeelsreglement.
