Teamleider Secretariaten/DIV - TenMonks Teamleider Secretariaten/DIV Dit ga je doen Voor de gemeente Noordoostpolder zoeken wij een inspirerende Teamleider Secretariaten/DIV a.i. die een team van betrokken professionals richting en stabiliteit biedt in een periode van ontwikkeling. Het gaat om een opdracht met grote zichtbaarheid in de organisatie, in het hart van bestuurlijke en ambtelijke ondersteuning. Het team bestaat uit 15 medewerkers Secretariaten (Managementsecretariaat, Bestuurssecretariaat en de ambtelijk secretaris van de OR) en 5 medewerkers DIV, inclusief twee adviseurs Zaakgericht Werken. De medewerkers zijn deskundig, bevlogen en hebben hart voor de organisatie; ze zoeken een (tijdelijke) leidinggevende die vertrouwen wekt, ruimte geeft en koers biedt. Kern van de functie De teamleider geeft leiding aan het team, draagt zorg voor het beheer en de ontwikkeling ervan en doet dit onder verantwoordelijkheid van de clustermanager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van bestuurlijke en programmatische doelen met de beschikbare mensen en middelen, én voor tijdige en juiste oplevering van producten binnen de planning-en-controlcyclus. Je borgt een doelmatige, rechtmatige en effectieve inrichting van de administratieve organisatie en interne controle. Adviezen en plannen voor bestuur en directie toets je op kaders, integraliteit en samenhang met andere clusters. In 2025 is een quick-scan uitgevoerd op de Management- en Bestuurssecretariaten. De uitkomsten vormen de basis voor een vernieuwingsopgave die vraagt om een teamleider die richting geeft aan de doorontwikkeling, het gesprek voert met medewerkers, keuzes helpt maken en zorgt voor implementatie van verbeteringen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de huidige waarnemend teamleider en functioneert als kartrekker van het veranderproces.
