Onze klant is een stabiele distributeur die een cruciale rol speelt in de gezondheidszorg binnen de Benelux. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in regio Puurs Sint-Amands zorgt deze organisatie ervoor dat zorgverleners, ziekenhuizen en woonzorgcentra dagelijks worden voorzien van hoogwaardige medische hulpmiddelen en apparatuur.

In deze rol als Teamleider Strategische Aankoop ben je de onmisbare link tussen de leveranciers, de interne afdelingen en jouw eigen team. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle inkoopprocessen vlot verlopen en dat de voorraden perfect aansluiten op wat de zorgsector nodig heeft. Samen met je collega's werk je aan slimme verbeteringen en zorg je voor een gezonde balans tussen kosten, kwaliteit en een betrouwbare service.

Taken

  • Jij neemt de dagelijkse leiding over een team van 6 enthousiaste aankopers en zorg je voor de juiste coaching en ondersteuning op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt nog operationeel mee, helpt het team bij complexe dossiers en zoekt samen met hen naar de beste oplossingen bij leveranciersvraagstukken.
  • Samen met de IT- en data-afdeling stuur je verbeteringsprocessen aan en help je bij de verdere implementatie van het ERP-systeem Business Central.
  • Je analyseert de aankoopresultaten, marges en voorraadniveaus om processen efficiënter in te richten en de werking van de afdeling te optimaliseren.
  • Je bent de trekker van strategische projecten, zoals de jaarlijkse prijsherzieningen, waarbij je commercieel inzicht koppelt aan een langetermijnvisie.

Profiel

  • Je hebt minstens zeven jaar ervaring binnen inkoop of supply chain, waardoor je de knepen van het vak door en door kent.
  • Grondige kennis van Excel en ervaring met een ERP-pakket (idealiter Business Central) is noodzakelijk om vlot met data en analyses om te gaan.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels, zodat je gemakkelijk schakelt met zowel interne collega's als internationale partners.
