Teamleider Supply Chain Verbind mensen, ontwikkelprocessen en verbeter de goederenstroom - Groenlo - HBO - 40 uur Functieprofiel Bij Progé is de logistieke operatie volop in ontwikkeling. Met de implementatie van Odoo ERP en de ambitie om de Supply Chain verder te ontwikkelen, worden steeds meer processen met elkaar verbonden en ontstaat bovendien meer inzicht om processen verder te verbeteren. Van inkoop en voorraad tot productie, magazijn en klantlevering, de goederenstroom wordt een steeds belangrijker onderdeel van hoe Progé haar klanten bedient. Daarom ontstaat ruimte voor een Teamleider Supply Chain die niet alleen zorgt dat de dagelijkse operatie goed verloopt, maar ook meebouwt aan de volgende stap van de organisatie. In deze functie geef je dagelijks leiding aan het logistieke team en ben je zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Je brengt structuur en overzicht, weet medewerkers mee te nemen in veranderingen en spreekt mensen aan wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de dagelijkse operatie. Je houdt je bezig met voorraadbeheer en -optimalisatie, denkt mee over slimmer inkopen en bestelprocessen en werkt nauw samen met de Teamleider Productie om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen medewerkers op de werkvloer, productie, leveranciers, verkoop en management en zorgt dat de verschillende schakels binnen de goederenstroom goed op elkaar aansluiten. Naast de dagelijkse aansturing kijk je continu vooruit. Je analyseert processen, signaleert knelpunten en neemt zelf initiatief om verbeteringen door te voeren. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om niet alleen de operatie goed te laten verlopen, maar de manier van werken binnen Progé daadwerkelijk verder te ontwikkelen.
