Als Teamleider Supply Chain & Logistiek krijg je een brede rol waarin je zowel verantwoordelijk bent voor de dagelijkse operatie als voor het verbeteren van een aantal belangrijke processen. Binnen de organisatie liggen op dit moment duidelijke uitdagingen. Materialen zijn soms langere tijd niet beschikbaar, waardoor manco's ontstaan en productie niet altijd optimaal door kan draaien. Ook de productieplanning wordt opnieuw onder de loep genomen. Hoe kunnen materiaalbeschikbaarheid, capaciteit en klantvraag beter op elkaar worden afgestemd en hoe zorgen we uiteindelijk voor kortere en vooral betrouwbaardere levertijden? Daarnaast ligt er een praktische uitdaging binnen de logistiek. Het uitgaande transport kan slimmer worden georganiseerd en beter aansluiten op wat productie en klanten nodig hebben. Jij brengt hier structuur in aan. Je stuurt het logistieke team aan, houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse operatie en duikt tegelijkertijd in de processen achter voorraad, planning en transport.
