Functieomschrijving Als Teamleider Technisch Beheer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een deskundig technisch team van 9 medewerkers. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de technische infrastructuur van het ziekenhuis veilig, betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig blijft functioneren. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen de dagelijkse operatie en de langere termijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Technisch Beheer geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team van 9 technische professionals. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden goed worden georganiseerd, prioriteiten duidelijk zijn en de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het technisch beheer worden geborgd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijks aansturen en begeleiden van medewerkers binnen werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, gebouwbeheer en installatietechniek. - Bewaken van de werking, prestaties en veiligheid van kritische technische systemen, zoals brandmeldinstallaties, water- en energievoorzieningen, luchtbehandeling, medische gassen en gebouwbeheersystemen. - Opzetten en begeleiden van twee verbeterteams en zorgen voor structurele resultaten. - Bev...
