In onze moderne faciliteit werken technische teams dagelijks aan optimale prestaties van onze productielijnen en machines.

Als specialist onderhoud ben jij de spil in het efficiënt laten draaien van onze productielijnen. Je combineert technisch inzicht met een praktische aanpak en bent zowel hands-on als coach voor je collega’s. Je ondersteunt het team bij complexe elektrische en mechanische storingen, begeleidt onderhoudsprojecten en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen in processen en machines.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Bewaken en opvolgen van onderhouds- en preventieplannen om uitvaltijd te minimaliseren
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij elektrische storingen en PLC-systemen
  • Beheren van externe aannemers en toezicht houden op kwaliteit, veiligheid en deadlines
  • Analyseren van prestaties via KPI’s en voorstellen doen voor optimalisatie van onderhoudsprocessen
  • Begeleiden en coachen van collega-technici, stimuleren van technische ontwikkeling en veiligheidsbewustzijn
  • Bij voorkeur genoot je een bachelordiploma in elektromechanica, industriële automatisering of elektronica
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in onderhoud, met focus op elektrische storingen en bij voorkeur PLC’s
  • Sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en besluitvaardig bij technische uitdagingen
  • Taalvaardig in Nederlands, Frans en eventueel Engels omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Flexibel, innovatief en proactief ingesteld, met oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit
